They asked me to send them the card after I first spoke to Power.
And maybe if you had not received word from a company that asks you to send
them your broken PPC you would have a right to whine about it!!! Cheeky sod!
It's kind of odd for any company to just have stuff thrust upon them with
no

I insured the PPC before I sent it but they won't even reply to say they
have it! Which seems odd because they did reply to mails before I sent it to
them.

As far as research goes how much do I need to know about sending my broken
PPC card to a company that asks for it in the first place!? Even a page on a
website or a mailing list announce would help but they do not have anything
like this. I'm sure allot of other disgruntled PPC owners who have sent
theirs back also would like to know what is causing the delays. Also being
that this is an Amiga mailing list something DCE do not provide I thought I
could find info that other people in the same situation as me have to share.
It's not whining! I could have come on saying DCE are crap but I didn't.
